Postgraduate Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Commercial Law (BGBL, Part II, No. 62/2004), Schloss Hofen
Under the academic guidance of Prof. Dr. Michael Schweitzer, Director of Constitutional and Administrative Law, International and European Law at the University of Passau, and Prof. Dres. Waldemar Hummer, Director of the Institute of International Law, European Law and International Relations at the University of Innsbruck, the Center of Science and Higher Education at Schloss Hofen is offering the LL.M. program "European and International Commercial Law".
The program is designed for those currently employed and can be completed part-time over four semesters. It is targeted at lawyers dealing with cross-border commercial law issues, whether working in commercial law firms or as in-house counsel for companies operating internationally.
Lecturers and presenters are mostly university professors. The field of international commercial arbitration is directed by Dr. Joern Schaemann.
